Webcopy tool failure in creating XML file

Hi

My company is using microsoft dynamics CRM2011. I need to move web portal from one organisation to another. Web copy tool shows an error.

Create xml file of web portal

copy from CRM server to another shows the following error

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Xrm.Client' or one of its dependencies. Invalid pointer (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004003 (E_POINTER))

Please help me to solve this issue asap or other remedies
