AX 2012 Security Upgrade Tool

I am trying to import a user group in AX 2012 from AX 2009 which had access to Item details form.

After completing the Security upgrade tool wizard for importing the above user group, the privilege is not created to access the Product details form. During import the wizard shows that a new privilege has to be created in AX 2012 for access to menu item EcoResProductDetailsExtended(Product details form). But it throws up an error on completion -> ". Unable to save Privilege EcoResProductDetailsExtendedAdd".

Please advise?
