MS CRM 2011 OOB child activity is not rolling up to its parent entity activities grid.

Hi all,

We all know that in MS CRM 2011 we can roll up activities created in child entity to its parent entity. That if an activity created in primary contact can be rolled up to its parent account entities activities.

But I ave an issue is one of our client machine this feature in not working.That  is I created an "Task" activity in one of the Accounts Primary contact and that activity I cant see in Accounts Activities grid.The activity created in contact is not rolled up to its parent entity activities.

So what may be the issue for this OOB functionality?
