Auto Email on Field Change Microsoft Dynamics

Once the first 50% of the one-time fee has been collected my billing department goes into the CRM and clicks a radio button that I created saying the 50% has been collect. They are supposed to alert certain key people that the payment has been received, but occasionally this does not happen. I would like the CRM to auto email a group of people when this radio bottom is changed. Can someone help me to set this up?
