In CRM 4 I had customer as a search field when searcing for regarding case/incident on an email. In CRM 2011 it is not possible to define search field in the lookup view.
I have compared the view editor in 4.0 and CRM 2011 and confirmed that the search column button has disapeared.
Any workaround?
