Problems creation bom in AX 2009

I’m trying to create a bom i ax 2009, using Microsoft.dynamics.businessConnectorNet. All works fine as long as the BomQty isn’t bigger than 9, when the BomQty has a value bigger than 9 the value in ax 2009 is set to 1? The same happens with the bomLine number, what data type do I have to pass to get this to work.

I found out that when I change the numberdecimalSeparator from “,” to “.” and the NumberGroupseparator from “.” To “,” in the local computers language settings it works? But this is not the right solution for me. Does anyone have some experience with this?
