Phone activity Statuscodes not showing in charts

I'm trying to create a chart based on the Phone Call activity statuscode; at the moment I know that statuscodes are:open, cancelled, made, received. Hower, the chart only shows allOpen activities. I've delved into the status code further but can't determine why it isn't displaying. Anyone know how I can get the individual statuscodes to show?
