Sign Out button is not displaying in CRM 2013 IFD environment

Hi,

We have configured the IFD for the CRM 2013. But we are not seeing the sign-out button as it was in CRM 2011.<o:p></o:p>

For CRM 2011: As shown in the image,Sign Out button is displaying for CRM 2011.

For CRM 2013: No Sign Out button is displaying for CRM 2013.

Please let us know if we need to do any additional setting for CRM 2013 IFD setup?

 Note: We have used ADFS 2.1 on Windows Server 2012 with IIS 8.0 for CRM 2013. But in the CRM 2011, we used the ADFS 2.0.

Any help will be appreciated.
