Hi, I have two questions:
So, using the CRM 2013 web client, I have the option of printing a form or view via the Settings icon. However, in the Outlook client, this option is not available. It is possible to print data (File >> Print), but I have all the fields of e.g. contact,
including guids from lookup fields.
Does anybody know how to properly print in the Outlook client?
With CRM 2013 it is now possible to use quick create. In the web client this works, but again in the Outlook client I don't see this feature. The help actually states that it is applicable (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/quick-create-enter-new-contacts-or-other-data-fast-.aspx),
but since the nav bar is not present here, I'm assuming that this is incorrect.
Any ideas?
