Deployeing Xaml Workflow Using service

Hi

  I am looking out for an option by which I can deploy a XAML Workflow to CRM.

  I would like to write some C# code to pickup a XAML workflow from folder in my disk, and Deploy it to CRM 2011.

 Is there any way to achieve this? Suppose I am creating XAML workflows and moving them to an existing folder, My C# code ( ex: Win Service) will be watching that folder for new Xaml Workflows. Once a Xaml workflow is  arrived in to folder , my win service will pickup that Xaml and deploy it to CRM 2011.

Is there any possibility to do this?

Please answer with some reference or examples.
