I'm working on a customer that was recently upgraded from CRM 2011 to 2013 online and in that solution we were using query string parameters to find the Id of the email that you are replying to. In 2011 that was called _InReplyToId but that parameter isn't available any longer.
Has anyone encountered this problem or do you have any ideas of how I can pick up the id to the "parent" email?
What I really want to do is to find the queue of the parent email so I can set the sent address to the address of the queue instead of the user that is currently working since this is a service company and they don't want the replies to go to the individual workers rather than back into the queues.
