I have a problem deleting a solution from CRM.
When I hit delete on the solution I am trying to remove CRM eventually comes back with an error saying that it can not delete the solution. When I look at the details list it shows me a list of depencies that prevent it's removal. So I see for example that I can not delete the "Case (contact name)" item because it is required by "Case (Form)".
Now that would be fair enough except that both "Case (contact name)" and "Case (Form)" are in the solution to be deleted and used nowhere else.
Now experience tells me that CRM error messages are not always accurate (in fact sometimes its error messages are downright lies) so what might be the real reason underlying this?
