dynamics crm connector for integrating ms crm 2011 and dynamics ax

hi ,

I am integrating ax 2012 with crm 2011

I am getting an object reference error while syncing the accounts to customer service in dynamics connector. is there anyway to avoid it. I followed the steps provided in the install guide of the dynamics connector.
