Report parameter controls issue in CRM 2011

Hi,

In our company we are using CRM 2011

All users can run the report except one user.

The user cannot select from the parameter list the parameter controls are disabled.<o:p></o:p>

I also have tried running the same report using his credential from my machine and it doesn’t work<o:p></o:p>

I have tried giving the same user administrator security role and
still the repot is not working.

I have installed rollup update 12 in CRM.
