I was looking at the "Phone to Case Process" Business Process Flow on the Case Entity, and noticed that there was some nice functionality around the "Similar Cases" and "Resolve Case" fields within the Business Process Flow.
Does anyone know of a way that you can replicate this type of popup appearing following the user clicking on a specified field. For example if I had a custom attribute and I wanted to launch a dialog following the user selected the attribute within the BPF then can this be done.
