We have a global option set that we are referencing in a C# extension program. It is not used on any entity form. Therefore it seems like it is not in table StringMap in SQL, which contains an ObjectTypeCode which encodes the entity type. A query on this table using some option set value from this global option set in the where clause returns nothing.
Can anyone tell me where are global option sets stored before they are used on an entity?
