We are a live chat application that developed an integration with Dynamics CRM. We are using java and our server is hosted in Google App engine. The authentication and all the other SOAP requests are done from server side. One of our customers is trying to authenticate and I see we get an exception : 'User is in familiar location interrupt state'. I searched here in the forum but there is no explanation why this message really appears. Is it because he is trying to authenticate from another location?
