calling Jscript functionality one form to another form MSCRM 2011

HI,

Can I call the single function functionality from one form to another form in MSCRM 2011.
I have an Account form and its having 2 sub forms Local Accounts and NonLocal Accounts
LocalAccounts and Non localAccounts is having the same picklist values

Picklist Values:

1.Address Status(Yes, No)
2.Order Details(Yes, No)

I placed the above picklsit values in 2 forms

Non Local Account form is having the Address Status and Order Details Tabs.

Local Account form is having only the attributes on the form it doesn't contain anyAddress Status and Order Details Tabs.
But my concern is when I'm selecting the values in the Local Account form Address Status = Yes and Order Details = No after saving the record when I will try to open the Non Local Account form Address tab is visible and Order Details Tab should be hide.

Can we achieve this kind of functionality in MSCRM 2011? is yes please let me know how can we reslove?
