Get owning Account from Case when creating a new Contact

In this implementation Contacts are always associated with Accounts. When you create a new Contact from the Account the Account is linked to the Contact. The requirement is similar functionality when a Contact e.g. is created from a Case or other entity, which is linked to an Account. I.e. when the user on the Case form's subgrid for Contact clicks (+), the Contact quick create form is displayed with the Account Name prefilled with whatever Account owns the Case.

I haven't yet found a way to do this is JS.
