How do I debug the form javascript on an incident form?

Hi I am trying to debug a javascript form within an incident form library.

However, whenever I use Visual studios 2012, the form library is not shown in the debugger, although the form itself executes without problems.

I have tried this on other entities, but there a few that I cannot debug.

Does anyone have a reason why this occurs?
