Calling another Plug-in from a plug-in using C# for MS Dynamics 2011

Hi,

I would like to know if there's a way i could call a plug-in from another plug-in.

As shown above, from the (Plugin) NexusPluginLibrary.TransferOfBudget, i want to call the plug-in NexusPluginLibrary.UsageAndExpense specifically its update context step.
