Hello,
it seems like, it's not possible to profile a workflow with the pluginregistration-tool from sdk 2013 ur1 (v6.0.0001.0061).
After select the workflow and also the step and click "ok" the following error occur:

I've tried different test enviroments and also different settings (eg. without the option "include secure configuration").
The profiler assembly is registered in isolation mode "none", but it also does'nt work with sandbox. I've also register the workflow assembly in both isolation modes, but the error still occur.
