CRM 2011 - Where is the DMS or SharePoint location of an entity stored

Hi,

our document location is currently linked to SharePoint and there is also the Microsoft Dynamics CRM List Component installed. Saving documents with CRM is working perfect.

Now i want to add documents over the webservice and found the following issue.

First i changed the location of al documents to: http://spscrm01praml:88/websites/CRMDocsDev/ and a sharepoint is installed under this URL. I stored a view documents and now i changed the location of documents in the CRM settings to: http://spscrm01praml:88/ where another sharepoint is installed.

If i add new documents now the entities are still stored under the http://spscrm01praml:88/websites/CRMDocsDev/ sharepoint. If i check the entity metadata i can only ckeck with the Poperty IsDocumentManagementEnabled if a DMS is activated for that entity but not the location.

For new records of that entity(pressing "Create new" in crm), crm is using the new location. So somehow the location is stored within the dataset right.

If i want to read the documents from that entity record i should find out first where it's located and then connect to the correct sharepoint.

Any ideas ?

Kind Regards

Markus
