Unable to Access CRM from Another Machine

Hi all,

I have installed CRM on a windows server 2012 DataCenter. I am able to access CRM using Internet Explorer on the same machine on which I have installed CRM.

But when I tried to access it from another machine browser, it says "Page can not be displayed".

Please guide me how to resolve this error.
