CRM 2013 Navigation Alternative

Respected Community Members,

                           Are there Any easy way to have CRM 2011 Navigation Side Bar for CRM 2013 as well??

                            I tried few navigation, but curious if any one found any other Easy way to resolve this??

                            Please assist as it is pain to navigate, if we do not have touch screen device.
