Using Code Validation tool in CRM 2011

Hi

I need to check Javascript support for CRM 2013.

I Have Downloaded Code Validation check tool as solution which can be import as a solution.

But this need to check in 2011 or 2013,where i need to use.

If i check in 2011 organization will it check 2013 unsupported Javascript.
