LiveID > Office365 switch. Endpoint Auth.

My organization just made the jump from LiveID to Office365.  I had just almost finished creating a php endpoint for our current set up when this change was made.  Now I can't authenticate my user to do anything.

I had been using a class that uses LiveID to authenticate and now it can no longer authenticate my user.  When I try to use the DynamicsCRM2011_Connector that comes with the SDK I get the error: "Dynamics CRM 2011 Connector does not support "LiveId" authentication mode used by Discovery Service". This really confuses me because I know we switched to O365, but neither type of authentication seems to work.

Has anyone went through a similar switch? Or can anyone help me sort out these errors?
