Exception in initialization of the Plug-in Profiler.

Hi all,

I am working with on-premise CRM2011 RU 13 server is on .NET version 4.5, and developing new plugin.

While trying to hit plugin profiler exception (profiling enabled from Plugin Registration Tool version 5.0.9690.3739) - running action that should trigger an plugin debug exception, i get following exception:
