Updating existing Notes attachment and Save it again as attachment

HI All,

My Requirement is : I am attaching A word file as attachment dynamically on change field using Plugin attachning in to the annotation(Notes) of a opportunity record.

But now i need to edit that document at anytime and save it back.

Please help me how to do this.
