systemuser With Id = b9383d31-5da8-e311-8a3c-0050569e3dad Does Not Exist

Hello Experts,

I am getting above error message when i tried to run a custom workflow.  Here in this thread they have asked, to try changing domain name save the record and again save the record by replacing the username with original domain\username.

I tried that but still i am getting same error. I followed this blog to create my first custom workflow. We are using 2013 onpremise version. Help me in understanding and  resolving this error.
