Afte entity creation, Hide Activities and Show Notes Tab on Entity Record

Hi Folks,

I have created an Entity and have included the option of notes and activities while entity creation. Now I get the tab of Activities/Notes on the entity record. I need to remove Activities Tab now and keep only Notes.

I tried the below link:

But it didn't work.

I also tried making Notes Tab default in form Customizations. It also didn't work.
