how to call html file in ribbon button in MS CRM 2011

Hi,

I have one req to call  HTML application when the custom ribbon button click in ms crm 2011.

So i created a HTML application and in  created new  web resource with type HTML and   browsed the HTML file.Now please tell me how to add this web resource in ribbon buttons Actions tag.

here i need  to add web resource name or the web resource URL

please help me..
