CRM Import failure - transactioncurrency_DuplicateBaseRecord

Hi All,

I am exporting the CRM customizations from our DEV environment and importing into a Test environment.  During the import, I am getting the error "A SQL Server error occurred".  The detailed error log shows

ItemType:  "Entity Relationships",

Name:  "transactioncurrency_DuplicateBaseRecird",

Status:  "Failure"

Error Code:  "0x80044150"

Error Text:  "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
