Custom SSRS reports not working correctly after CBA/IFD enabled?

Hello,

Over the weekend I enabled CBA and IFD for our Dynamics CRM 2011 On-Premise installation. Going through everything, all seemed to be working just fine.

Until, that is, all of our users piled on.

We have a dozen reports that used to work for everyone. Now it seems like only two work for everyone, and the rest throw up an error. It can't be the DataSource on the report or it wouldn't work for anyone. at any rate, I tried deleting and remaking the DataSource, even specifying credentials instead of Windows Integrated, and same error.

In BIDS while developing the report I get an error that the ID parameters are blank, those parameters are used to filter the report and pull up the right info so naturally they are required. They're all populated based on attributes returned from the initial FetchXML. When I turned the Parameters to Visible I could see that the ID parameters were all blank almost like the FetchXML returned no results, but I don't know how to diagnose from here... Any help would be extremely appreciated!

Looking into it further, it seems like a permissions issue of some kind since it works for people with one security role but not the other. Oddly enough, it won't work for me as system administrator either.

I have narrowed it down to what seems to be having more than the User scope on the Read privilege for the entity the report is based off of.

What's weird is this was not an issue at all before enabling CBA/IFD. I checked the FetchXML query of a report that works and one that doesn't, they both have enableprefiltering set to true so that's not it... I'm just baffled how that one little privilege issue can cause all this, and that there isn't a better error to describe what's going on... heeeeelp please! At this point I am completely stumped. Why did it stop working, and why just because someone can view more than their own records does the report break on them?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
