CRM 2013 Entity Form Ribbon Buttons Customization

I have a query regarding How far Ribbon/CommandBar in CRM 2013 customizable??

I know Ribbon Work Bench will allow rearrange/customize any bottons actions/GUI/ icon/Size and so on.

1) Is it possible to Hide this bar completely for any entity form??
2) Also can we Increase Number of Buttons that we want to show by default before they get hidden by ... 3 dots. i mean ..what if we want to show 10 buttons by default.

Please assist.
