How to auto populate some Phone Call field values for Phone Calls distributed by Campaign Activity in CRM2011?

I wrote a CRM 2011 plugin to auto populate some Phone Call field values for Phone Calls
distributed by Campaign Activity. I ran into some difficulty to find the
correct message to registering this plug in. I tried the following approaches
and they did not work:<o:p></o:p>

1. Enable
the "DistributeCampaginActivity" message for sdkMessage based on the
post

2. Register
the plugin as "Asynchronous" execution mode, this was recommended by
the post :

In remote
debugging mode, this works ok. But in the non-debugging mode, the plug in
sometimes is invoked when the "Distirbution" -- BulkOperation process
is not completed, thus the Phone Calls are not completed generated. So the
result is not stable, some times some phone calls have the auto populated field
values, other phone calls do not have that. The problem seems related to the
event seqeuence of the "Bulk Operation" of "Distribution".
which is not fully completed sometimes at the point when the plugin is invoked
even in a asynchronous way.<o:p></o:p>

I also
tried the Update/SetState/SetStateDynamicEntity messages for Campaign Activity
and they do not work well either. The problem is still the same: the status of
the Campaign Activity does not catch the change when the
"BulkOperation" proccess is completed.<o:p></o:p>
