CRM 2011: Add different case types

Hello,

Is it possible to set up multiple case types, so that the user can choose "new"->"case type" and then show the specific form for that case type?

Because there will be a lot of different type of case types that will have different fields in them. Or how would one solve the problem with different types of cases? Since they're all cases in a way, I don't want to separate them from cases and have a lot of custom entities (unless I can group them all under Cases). One of the examples I have been given is that a case might be just register that someone has asked about Open Hours, and that it should be filed as a case with a specific form/template for that case type.

Any ideas?
