Hello All,
Our CRM 2011 was migrated 2013 in last February.
But the login credentials are still did not change to onmicrosoft Account.
So we are unable to access the 356 portal.
So we tried to Transition as the option is available in the System Notifications.
But it is Access Denied even though we trying as billing administrator.
Contacted to Microsoft Support team. As it we unable buy any new user for our organization.
And Billing information suggests that our subscription was cancelled from that day old 2011 was migrated to the new 2013 version.
We raised an issue with MS support ,it has been more than one week we are struggling as the issue is not fixed, they are telling the development team is verifying the issue.
Does any one have experienced the same issue. Any idea how can change the old login to the onmicrosoft login so that i can access the portal?
Any help will be appreciated.
