CRM 2011 Mail Merge, Activity PopUp doesnt appear

Hi All,

we`re facing a problem with the CRM Outlook client and mail merge.

when i start a mail merge it works without a problem. but in the end of the mail merge the pop up for the mail merge activity does not appear.

we are working with CRM 2011 OnPremise and Outlook 2010.

In Another CRM environment with CRM 2013 On Premise and Outlook 2013 theres no Problem.
