How to use Paging cookie in FetchXML?

Hi experts,

One example in the following link http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc151070.aspx, but seems like cannot be used.

I am a new guy for Dynamics CRM and I am not sure how to use the cookie with FetchXML.

It will be appreciate if you give me an example.
