Monitor Exchange server side synchronization

Hi All,

I meet some synchronization issues with the new feature Server Side Exchange Sync on CRM 2013.
Some appointment seem to be not synchronized...

My only question now is : How can I monitor this synchronization ?

I explain myself : If i understand well, this new feature is an asynchronous operation, so I guess that it's the async service that handle this synchronization. So if it's true, I just want to see the async "queu" that contains all the pending items.
For instance, if I create an appointment on CRM, I want to know if it is possible to see where this record is stored on waiting the synchronization pass.

Exactly like the AsyncOperation table for the CRM async Job (WF, ...). In fact, I thought that this table will contain all the record on waiting Exchange synchronization, but it's not.

Maybe this synchronization is based directly on the appointment (contact / email / task) tables, but in this case, how can I be warn that an error happened for one record ?
