Skype module in my apps

Hi 
I have an WPF application developed in C # in which I would like to incorporate some features of SKYPE. 
For example, I display all my contacts in Datagrid (Name, Phone number). 
When I click on a number, I'd like a box or a bubble opens next offering me to call the number or write to him. 
I want everything to go on my interface.
