We have onpremise implementation for contact center using CRM 2011 where in it is integrated with proxy server( Security access manager) so that operator will login to proxy portal and from there they will be redirected to CRM 2011.
When we are creating emails the email body is rendering as expected when accessing it with out proxy server. but when we are accessing it through proxy server email body is getting converted into junk text.
Checked in CRM 2011 UTF 8 encoding is there but still in proxy server logs it is showing UTF 16 encoding for email module which is not allowed at proxy server level
Please if some one can help if faced this kind of issue....
