Can we Replicates Sales Stage value to one of field.

Hi,

Can we Replicates Sales Stage value to one of field.

Now you can see i am at L5 stage and Sales stage system showing same value. when i will navigate the next stage or previous stage arrow it will reflect automatic. like that i have to create one field which will reflect on navigation arrow. you can see it after l7: won lost.

Its urgent if possible help me asap.
