How to upgrade MS CRM 4.0 to MS CRM 2011 .

Hi,

We can't directly export and import customization from MS CRM 4.0 to MS CRM 2011 as the structure of the customizations in CRM 4.0 is completely different to CRM 2011.

So how to upgrade crm 4.0 to crm 2011?
