For the second time in a couple of months, on two different CRM online organizations, we're facing a problem importing a solution and we can't figure out how to solve it!
Since today, when trying to import an update to an already installed custom managed solution on our CRM online organization, we receive an error saying that a yes/no field cannot be imported: "0x80048403 Option set name (new_contact_new_account_ad_exists) doesn't match with the one from existing option set (new_account_ad_exists_contact)".
The same solution works without any problem when imported on a similar CRM online organization we use for another customer.
We've opened an incident about this issue with Microsoft Support the first time, a month ago, but they didn't provide any solution yet....so we restarted from scratch with a new CRM Online org...but today, three weeks later the first time, it happened again on the new CRM Online organization....and this is a production environment of one of our customers!
Anyone knows if there's a solution or a workaround?
It happened suddenly today and since than we cannot update the installed solution to a newer version and, incredibly, the same error occurs even when we try to reimport the same version which is already been imported yesterday!
Any advice needed!
