I created a report that references a CRM custom entity and an another database seperate of CRM, but on the same server.
I am using the CRM custom entity to handle the security of the report, ie. When a Manager goes to run the report, he/she should only be able to select the Employees he is the manager of. But ever since I imported it as an IFrame into the Dashboards section (the report is on our ReportServer) every Manager can see every Employee and even Employees can run the report as Managers and see everyone. There is a dropdown called Employee and when a Manager runs the report, he/she sees everyone in the list instead of the list being filtered by the CRM business unit/ownership security hierarchy.
I have the exact same report imported into the Reports section and the security hierarchy works as planned, but since I imported it as an Iframe, the security hierarchy is not functioning.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you in advance for your help.
