CRM 2011 - Team ownership of a Queue

Hi Forum,

We are on CRM 2011 on-premise deployment.

Recently we have used a new feature of CRM 2011 "Team ownership" of the Queue but somehow queue is not getting any email and we are facing the same

issue and error message mentioned in below thread:

We also tried to give System Admin role to team but to no avail.

Few other blogs on the same topic are also not able to explain this and thereofore I assume it's a bug. (correct me if I am wrong here)

All the settings at user,email router and CRM level are correct. If we change the ownership of queue to user level all works fine.

Can someone please share their experience or any recent fix for this issue?
