i am trying to auto fill the follow up time from the date of creation and the priority of the case, for example a call is logged at 13:00 and has a 4 hour priority i want the follow up time to be auto filled as 17:00, does anyone know the best way of doing this??
also i would need it to be able to only work for are working hours so if a call is raised at 17:00 it will start from 9 the next day.
