ms crm 2011 - Any plugin code on Facilities/Equipments and updating the value for SLA Date.
I have created Facilities/Equipments in that in Working Hours excluded Sunday Work Days.
I want to add one Day more in the SLA Date when Sunday comes for the selected duration.
My Scenario is as follow:
1) I am having "SLA Type" Custom Entity, in which I can specify SLA Duration.
2) On Creation of the case SLA Date( which is available in the CAse) need to be update with the Creation Date + Duration(Available in Custom Entity "SLA Type").
3) Here I wanted to add one more day to SLA Date when Duration includes Sunday(s) in between.
i.e., when the case is created on Saturday and the SLA Duration is for 2 days then the SLA Date should not be lying on Sunday. It should shift by one day and the SLA Date will be Monday.
If Any one worked on this code, please help on this.
